Order Processing

  • We process all orders within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
  • We will notify you once we ship your order.
  • All Order are sent out using a fully tracked and insured delivery service.

UK

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery the following Monday (unless Saturday delivery is selected). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

We offer free next day delivery on all orders over £300 (excludes weekends)

ZAP ships with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) formula, therefore All Duties Taxes are in your order and you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation.
